The Ministry of Finance Incorporated Real Estate Investment Fund (MREIF) is a transformative public-private initiative launched by President Bola Tinubu’s administration with strategic input from the Honorable Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr. Wale Edun.
About MREIF
MREIF aims to address Nigeria’s significant housing deficit by providing affordable, long-term mortgage financing for aspiring homeowners while incentivizing real estate developers with off-take guarantees. Sponsored by the Federal Government through the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) and managed by ARM Investment Managers, MREIF promotes collaboration between public and private stakeholders to drive inclusive economic development, create jobs, and stimulate growth in the real estate and construction sectors.
